Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Musttby. To ensure a smooth logistics process for your bulk orders, we offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your specific needs. Please review our shipping terms below:
1. Shipping Options
We cater to both clients who have their own logistics networks and those who require our assistance:
Option A: Using Your Own Forwarder (FOB/EXW) If you have a preferred freight forwarder based in China, we can coordinate the domestic delivery to their warehouse.
Please provide your forwarder’s contact information and warehouse address once the order is confirmed.
Our responsibility ends once the goods are successfully delivered and signed for by your forwarder.
Option B: Using Our Partnered Carriers (DAP/DDP) If you do not have a designated forwarder, we will manage the shipment for you through our long-term logistics partners. Available methods include:
Express: UPS, DHL, FedEx (Best for small batches or urgent samples).
Air Freight: Fast and reliable for medium-sized orders.
Sea/Rail Freight: Cost-effective solutions for large bulk shipments.
2. Shipping Costs
Customer Forwarder: Local delivery fees within China will be quoted based on the distance to your forwarder’s warehouse (some orders may qualify for free local delivery).
Our Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume, and destination. We will provide a formal shipping quote for your approval before dispatch.
3. Lead Time & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [X-X] business days after production is completed and payment is received.
Transit Time: * Express: 3–7 business days.
Air Freight: 7–12 business days.
Sea Freight: 25–40 business days (depending on destination).
Note: These are estimates. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance or seasonal carrier delays.
4. Tracking
For shipments handled by our carriers, a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) will be provided via email immediately after the goods have been dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Option A: Your forwarder is responsible for export/import documentation and duties according to your agreement with them.
For Option B: Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., DDP terms), the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance fees.
6. Inspection and Damage
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If any damage is found, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
