1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: We accept return or cancellation requests for standard orders that have not yet been dispatched. A full refund will be issued.

  • After Shipment: Once the goods have been dispatched, we no longer accept returns or cancellations.

2. Custom & OEM/ODM Products

Due to the unique nature of customized orders: All sales for custom products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Quality Issues & Claims

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive items with manufacturing defects, please follow this protocol:

  • Submission: Contact your account manager with your claim within [7] days of delivery.

  • Proof: Provide clear photos and/or videos documenting the quality issue for our audit.

  • Resolution: Upon successful verification, replacements will be included and shipped with your next order.
