Warranty Policy

1. LCD After-Sales & Warranty Policy

LCD After-Sales Standards (Repairable, as long as display function works normally):

  • Cover scratches (cover can be replaced)
  • Loose bracket (other parts normal)
  • Broken clip (cable functions properly)

LCD Warranty Exclusions:

  • Obvious external damage causing issues like no display, screen abnormality, bright lines, or leakage
  • Cracked internal screen (resulting in no display)

LCD that has been installed on a phone

 

2. Battery Warranty Policy

These scenarios are EXCLUDED from the battery warranty:
  • Broken outer skin of the battery
  • Exceeding the 1-year warranty period
  • Damaged/broken battery cable
  • Severe deformation of the battery
